Jacques Marie Mage accepts returns on all eyewear and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted, limited-edition products through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully pack your eyewear in its original presentation box and microfiber case, ensuring all authentication cards and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
